Terms of Use
Last updated: August 10, 2026 · Version française
These terms govern your use of My Baby League. By creating an account, you accept them.
This is a translation of the French original. Should the two versions differ, the French version prevails.
1. Who publishes the app
My Baby League is published by Benoit Rossignol, sole trader operating under the business name BR MEDIA, registered under SIREN 789 477 726.
Registered address: 123 avenue Henri Ginoux, 92120 Montrouge, France.
Publication director: Benoit Rossignol.

2. What the app does
My Baby League is a prediction game played among family and friends around the arrival of a baby. An organiser creates a league, invites whoever they like, and everyone makes predictions on questions such as the baby's first name, weight, birth date or time of birth. Once the baby is born, the organiser enters the real values and the app works out the points.
This is not gambling. There is no money at stake, no wager is placed, and the points have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for anything.
3. Your account
Accounts are created with “Sign in with Apple”. You are responsible for how your account is used.
The app is not intended for children. You must be at least 15 years old to create an account: that is the age from which, in France, a person can consent on their own to the processing of their personal data. This minimum applies to everyone, wherever you live.
By accepting these terms, you confirm that you are that age. The parents or guardians of a younger user may ask us to delete their account and data at hello@mybabyleague.com.
You can delete your account at any time from the Profile tab. Deletion is final: it erases your profile, your predictions, your messages, and any leagues you organise — including for the other members of those leagues. The app warns you before you confirm.
4. What you post
The app includes a discussion space, the Coop, as well as free-text questions. You remain responsible for what you write there.
The following are prohibited, without this list being exhaustive: abusive, hateful, discriminatory or threatening language; harassment; sexual content; posting someone else's personal data without their consent; impersonation; soliciting and advertising.
Remember that leagues are private spaces among people who know each other, but that whatever you write there is visible to every member.
5. Reporting and moderation
Any message can be reported, and any member blocked, by pressing and holding their message. Blocking someone hides their messages from you, immediately and without notifying them.
Reports are reviewed and may lead to content being removed or an account being suspended. We undertake to handle reports within 24 hours.
A league organiser can remove a participant: press and hold their name in the members screen. Their predictions and messages are then erased from that league.
6. Purchases
The app is free. Paid options let you increase the number of participants, the number of leagues, or add custom bets.
These are one-off payments, never subscriptions. They are processed by Apple through the App Store: we have no access to any of your payment details.
Where you have a statutory right of withdrawal, buying digital content that is supplied immediately means you waive it — this follows from article L. 221-28 of the French Consumer Code, and from the equivalent rules in EU and UK consumer law. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its own terms.
7. Usage measurement
To understand where the app is confusing, we measure which screens are opened and which actions are taken. These statistics are anonymous and never contain the content of what you write. You can switch them off at any time from your profile, under “Privacy”. The privacy policy explains exactly how this works.
8. Availability
We do our best to keep the app available, without being able to guarantee it at all times. Interruptions may occur for maintenance, or because of our hosting providers.
We may change the app, and add or remove features. If a change affects an option you have purchased, we will tell you.
9. Liability
The app is entertainment. It provides no medical advice, and the information it shows — week of pregnancy, due date, countdown — is indicative and entered by users themselves. It is in no way a substitute for medical care.
We are not responsible for content posted by users, nor for disputes between members of a league.
Our liability cannot exceed the amount you may have paid for the paid options. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Intellectual property
The app, its name, its visual identity and its editorial content are protected. You keep ownership of what you post, and grant us the right to display it to the other members of your leagues, as needed to run the service.
11. Ending the agreement
You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
We may suspend or delete an account in the event of a breach of these terms, in particular the posting rules in section 4.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law. This does not deprive you of the protection afforded by the mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live. In the event of a dispute, we will look for an amicable solution first. You may also use a consumer mediator free of charge.
13. Changes
These terms may change. If a change is substantial, you will be told in the app.
