Delete your account

You can delete your My Baby League account and the data attached to it at any time, on iPhone and on Android alike. There are two ways to do it.

1. From the app: immediate

1. Open My Baby League.
2. Go to the Profile tab. If you have no league, tap My account at the bottom of the welcome screen instead.
3. Tap Delete my account, then confirm.

Erasure is immediate and final.

2. Without the app

If you no longer have access to the app — new phone, app uninstalled —, write to hello@mybabyleague.com with the subject “Account deletion”, from the email address linked to your account: the one of your Apple or Google account.

If you no longer know it, or if you hid your address with Apple, tell us the name of one of your leagues and the first name you use in it: we will check that the account is yours before erasing it.

Deletion is carried out within thirty days, and we confirm it to you by email.

3. What is deleted

• Your profile: first name, last name, photo, avatar colour.
• Your predictions, your messages and your reactions, as well as the photos and videos you posted in the Coop.
• The leagues you organise, for all of their members.
• Your recorded purchases, and your account's plan level.
• Your notification tokens, your reports and your blocks.

4. What is kept

• The real birth results stay attached to the league that holds them, when another member organises it: we only stop recording who entered them.
• Feedback sent through “Your feedback matters” is kept anonymously, detached from your account.
• Usage statistics and failure reports, which are attached to no account, are kept for thirteen months at most.

Deleting your account does not refund a purchase: refunds are handled by Apple or Google, depending on the store you bought from.

5. Delete only some of your data

Without deleting your account, you can at any time, in the app:

• erase one of your messages in the Coop, along with its photo or video, from the message's menu (long press);
• remove your profile photo or your last name, in the Profile tab;
• switch off usage statistics and failure reports, in the Profile tab, “Privacy” section.

For any other data, write to hello@mybabyleague.com saying which: we erase it within thirty days, except what section 4 keeps.
